That's my interpretation. ... To call it a delay, I'm not sure that would be 100 percent accurate."

Broncos CB struck by car, OK

Tevrin Brandon was treated for minor injuries at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune City after he was hit by a car Sunday morning around 2:24 a.m. as he crossed Highway 71 near its intersection with Highway 35 in Belmar. The truck fled the scene and has yet to be located.
