Week 13: Injury updates/inactives around the NFL

Here's a rundown of some late-breaking news before today's games.

Chiefs at Raiders: Safeties Jerome Woods and Greg Wesley, running back Priest Holmes and defensive end Vonnie Holliday are out for the Chiefs. Running back Tyrone Wheatley, linebacker Travian Smith, guard Ron Stone, wide receiver Alvis Whitted and defensive end Tyler Brayton are out for the Raiders.

Broncos at Chargers: Defensive linemen Trevor Pryce and Luther Elliss are out the Broncos. Cornerback Sammy Davis is out for the Chargers.

Giants at Redskins: Offensive lineman Chris Snee and safety Gibril Wilson are out for the Giants. Linebacker LaVar Arrington is still out, but Randy Thomas returns at right guard for the Redskins.

Packers at Eagles: Green Bay's Bhawoh Jue starts at free safety for Darren Sharper, who is active. Defensive end Jerome McDougle is inactive for the Eagles.

49ers at Rams: Cornerbacks Jimmy Williams and Ahmed Plummer are still out for the 49ers. Running back Marshall Faulk is active, but Steven Jackson will get a bulk of the carries for the Rams.

Bills at Dolphins: Running back Travis Henry and cornerback Troy Vincent are out for the Bills. Running back Sammy Morris is inactive for Miami.

Panthers at Saints: Linebackers Brian Allen and Dan Morgan are out for the Panthers. Linebacker Sedrick Hodge and returner Michael Lewis are inactive for the Saints.

Texans at Jets: Safety Jason Simmons and running back Tony Hollings are out for the Texans. Chad Pennington is starting at quarterback for the Jets.

Falcons at Bucs: Safety Jason Webster and wide receiver Brian Finneran are inactive for the Falcons. Defensive back Jermaine Phillips is still out for the Bucs.

Bengals at Ravens: Running back Chris Perry and safety Rogers Beckett are out for the Bengals. Running back Jamal Lewis, guard Orlando Brown and cornerback Deion Sanders are out for the Ravens. Tight end Todd Heap (ankle) returns after a 9-week absence.

Vikings at Bears: Running back Mewelde Moore and defensive tackle Chris Hovan are out for the Vikings. Linebacker Brian Urlacher and cornerback Charles Tillman are back in the lineup for the Bears.

Cardinals at Lions: Running back Emmitt Smith and linebacker LeVar Woods are out for the Cardinals. Cornerback Chris Cash and running back Artose Pinner are out for the Lions.

Patriots at Browns: Cornerbacks Ty Law, Asante Samuel, Tyrone Poole are still out for the Patriots. Kelly Holcomb is out so Luke McCown starts at quarterback for the Browns.

Titans at Colts: Steve McNair is inactive, so Billy Volek starts at quarterback for the Titans. Defensive backs Andre Woolfolk and Lance Schulters are also out and running back Chris Brown (turf toe) will start. Center Jeff Saturday is out, so Rick DeMulling starts in his place is out for the Colts. Tight end Dallas Clark is inactive with a calf injury.
