Here is the latest news on key injuries for Week 4:

Arizona Cardinals

Safety Adrian Wilson, the leader of the defense, missed his second day of practice, but Ken Whisenhunt is optimistic he will be able to play. Wilson tweaked his hamstring, and the team wants to be extra cautious about making the injury worse. He'll be questionable, but he should play against the Jets. Linebacker Bertrand Berry (groin) and tight end Jerame Tuman (hamstring) will miss the game. Defensive tackle Darnell Dockett (hamstring) and wide receiver Sean Morey (Achilles) had good work in Friday's practice and will be available.

Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons might not have left tackle Sam Baker, a first-round choice, against Carolina. He has missed practice all week because of an illness. The team lists him as questionable, so expect Todd Weiner, who is probable with a knee injury, to start in his place. The Falcons also added defensive end Jamaal Anderson to the injury report Friday as questionable after he came to work that day with a sore elbow. Anderson was able to practice Friday, so he should be able to play. Nose tackle Grady Jackson is questionable with a sore knee. Wide receiver Laurent Robinson is out with a knee injury. Center Alex Stepanovich is probable with a sore back.

Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens already have ruled out defensive tackle Kelly Gregg (knee), cornerback Samari Rolle (shoulder and neck), quarterback Troy Smith (illness) and safety Dawan Landry (neck). The team plans to start Fabian Washington for Rolle. Linebacker Nick Greisen, who has a quad injury, also could miss the game against Pittsburgh. He didn't practice Friday and is questionable. Tackle Adam Terry is questionable with an ankle injury. Running backs Willis McGahee (eye) and Le'Ron McClain (migraine and ankle) practiced and should be fine. McGahee and McClain are listed as probable. McGahee is still bothered by some swelling around the eye. Wide receiver Yamon Figurs (hamstring) is questionable. Tight end Daniel Wilcox (shoulder) is probable.

Buffalo Bills

The Bills head into Sunday's game against St. Louis with a short injury list. Fullback Darian Barnes is probable with an ankle injury, but Buffalo has been working offensive lineman Jason Whittle as a fullback just in case. Barnes will be a game-time decision. Out for the game are tight end Derek Fine (thumb) and wide receiver Roscoe Parrish, who is out four to six weeks after thumb surgery.

Carolina Panthers

The Panthers are in good shape for Sunday's game against the Falcons. Quarterback Matt Moore (broken leg) is the only player who definitely is out for the game. Wide receiver Ryne Robinson (knee) is questionable, but he has practiced all week. Defensive end Julius Peppers (illness), running back Jonathan Stewart (foot) and guard Travelle Wharton (knee) are probable. Wharton is expected to return as a starter after missing two games.

Chicago Bears

The surprise question mark is defensive tackle Tommie Harris, who has been bothered by a knee injury and is questionable. There is some concern he could miss the game. Wide receiver Devin Hester is also questionable, but there is a better than 50-50 chance he will miss because he said the pain of the rib muscle problem could bother him for weeks. Wide receiver Brandon Lloyd is questionable with a hip problem, but he should play. Defensive end Alex Brown (ankle) and cornerback Nathan Vasher (shoulder) are probable and will play. Left tackle Chris Williams (back) is doubtful and will be out.

Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals added quarterback Carson Palmer to the injury list as questionable because of a sore elbow. Palmer was limited Friday. He has taken a lot of hits in the first weeks of the season. Cornerback Johnathan Joseph (ankle) and safety Herana-Daze Jones (hamstring) are doubtful and didn't practice. With safety Dexter Jackson out with a thumb injury, the Bengals could be down three members of their secondary for a second consecutive week. Cornerback David Jones, who would start for Joseph, is questionable with a knee injury, but he should be able to play. He had a full practice Friday. Tight end Ben Utecht should be able to return after being out because of a chest injury. He had a full practice Friday. Backup halfback Kenny Watson is questionable with a hamstring injury and might miss the game. He didn't practice Friday. The Bengals kept left tackle Levi Jones out of practice Friday because of a knee injury. He had to take an injection in the knee, so he couldn't work. He's probable and is expected to play.

Cleveland Browns

Wide receiver Donte' Stallworth (quad) still doesn't appear ready to make his 2008 debut. After practicing for part of the week, Stallworth missed Friday's work and is listed as doubtful. Safety Sean Jones (knee) and tight end Martin Rucker (knee) were ruled out. Guard Eric Steinbach (shoulder) was limited in practice and is questionable, but he isn't expected to play. Steinbach is trying to make a quick comeback from a shoulder separation. He has an outside shot. Linebacker Kamerion Wimbley is questionable with a groin injury, but he practiced Friday, so he has a chance to play. Linebacker Kris Griffin (calf) and linebacker Willie McGinest (hamstring) are also questionable and are not expected to play. Wide receiver Braylon Edwards is probable with a shoulder injury and will be able to start.

Dallas Cowboys

Defensive tackle Tank Johnson told coach Wade Phillips he will be able to play on his sore ankle. Johnson missed a couple of days of practice because of the injury. He returned to the field Friday and, barring a setback, should be able to play. Still, with Johnson, there could be some concern. He is officially listed as questionable after doing only limited work Friday. Ruled out for the game are safety Roy Williams (broken forearm), guard Kyle Kosier (foot) and fullback Deon Anderson (knee). Cory Procter will play at guard for Kosier.

Denver Broncos

The Broncos will be down only two players for Sunday's game against the Saints. Halfback Ryan Torain (elbow) and defensive tackle Josh Shaw (calf) won't play. Wide receiver Darrell Jackson is questionable with a calf injury but hasn't played in the past two weeks and is expected to miss the game. Defensive tackle Dewayne Robertson has a sore knee but is expected to play.

Green Bay Packers

The Packers could be down half of their secondary for Sunday's game against the Bucs. Cornerback Al Harris (spleen) is out. Mike McCarthy believes he could miss three to four weeks with his lacerated spleen. He wasn't allowed to do any work for the first seven days because of the injury. Safety Atari Bigby (hamstring) didn't practice Friday and is doubtful. The Packers should have safeties Aaron Rouse (knee) and Nick Collins (back). They are probable and expected to start. Cornerback Charles Woodson is probable despite not practicing this week with his broken toe. Running backs Korey Hall (knee) and Kregg Lumpkin (hamstring) are doubtful. Tackle Chad Clifton practiced Friday and will play despite sore knees.

Houston Texans

The Texans have ruled out tight end Mark Bruener (hamstring) and safety Brandon Harrison (shoulder) for Sunday's game against the Jaguars. Running back Ahman Green is questionable with his foot injury and was limited in Friday's practice. Steve Slaton will start at running back. Jeff Zgonina will get the start at defensive tackle for Travis Johnson, who should play a backup role despite a knee injury that sidelined him last week. Cornerback Fred Bennett (shoulder), linebacker Zach Diles (shoulder), defensive tackle DelJuan Robinson (knee), tackle Ephraim Salaam (knee) and wide receiver Kevin Walter (toe) are probable and will play.

Jacksonville Jaguars

Safety Reggie Nelson has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Texans because of a knee injury. Gerald Sensabaugh will start in his place. Linebacker Justin Durant is doubtful with a groin injury. If he can't go -- which is likely -- Clint Ingram will start at outside linebacker. Center Brad Meester has practiced all week, but he was downgraded to out. He has yet to play this season with a biceps tear. Guard Chris Naeole is out with a knee injury. Running backs Fred Taylor (hand) and Maurice Jones-Drew (ankle) and defensive tackle Tony McDaniel (biceps) are probable and will play.

Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs' injury report is a simple one. Out for the game are quarterback Brodie Croyle (shoulder), linebacker Donnie Edwards (ankle) and cornerback Patrick Surtain (shoulder). The Chiefs added running back B.J. Sams to the injury report as questionable. Defensive end Tamba Hali is probable with an ankle injury.

Minnesota Vikings

Safety Madieu Williams is out with his neck problem. The most questions surround linebacker Vinny Ciurciu, who is listed as questionable with a knee injury. Wide receiver Sidney Rice told reporters he's healthy enough to play despite a PCL knee injury. Defensive end Ray Edwards (shoulder), running back Adrian Peterson (hamstring) and running back Chester Taylor (foot) all practiced this week and will play.

New Orleans Saints

Sean Payton ruled out four players for Sunday's game against San Francisco: wide receiver Marques Colston (knee), cornerback Aaron Glenn (ankle), tight end Jeremy Shockey (hernia) and fullback Mike Karney (ankle). The Saints have eight other players listed as questionable who all had limited participation in Friday's practice. They are cornerback Randall Gay (hamstring), tight end Mark Campbell (hamstring), running back Aaron Stecker (hamstring), linebacker Troy Evans (ankle), wide receiver Terrance Copper (hamstring), defensive tackle Antwan Lake (groin), center Jonathan Goodwin (hamstring) and wide receiver David Patten (groin). Left tackle Jammal Brown is probable and should play despite a hip injury suffered Sunday in Denver. Linebacker Scott Fujita should be back from a knee injury that sidelined him for a couple of weeks. He's also probable.

New York Jets

Despite a sore ankle, Brett Favre is fine and will be able to start. His left ankle continues to get better, and coach Eric Mangini is confident that Favre will start. He's also confident defensive tackle Kris Jenkins will be able to start despite a back injury that made him miss more than a half of the Chargers game Monday. Jay Feely will handle the place-kicking, and Ben Graham will be the punter; the Jets won't have kicker Mike Nugent (thigh) and punter Reggie Hodges (thigh). Wide receiver Laveranues Coles is fine despite a sore thigh. Cornerback Justin Miller is iffy with his foot injury, and the Jets might use veteran cornerback Hank Poteat as a backup. Poteat was signed Thursday.

Oakland Raiders

Defensive tackle Gerard Warren, who has a slightly torn pectoral muscle, tried to practice Friday. Guard Cooper Carlisle, who was expected to miss Sunday's game against the Chargers because of an ankle injury, also did some limited work. The Raiders listed both as doubtful. That would leave running back Justin Fargas (groin), tight end Ben Troupe (foot) and backup tackle Seth Wand (knee) as the only Raiders who definitely will miss the game. Defensive end Derrick Burgess (triceps) and cornerback Stanford Routt (ankle) practiced the past two days and should play. Running back Darren McFadden will play despite a toe injury. CB Nnamdi Asomugha revealed Friday he has a fractured bone in his elbow. The team lists him as questionable, and Asomugha isn't sure he will be able to play.

Philadelphia Eagles

Andy Reid lists quarterback Donovan McNabb (chest) and running back Brian Westbrook (ankle) as questionable, but Westbrook is the more questionable of the two. Westbrook has missed every practice this week and will have to go to game time to see whether he can play. McNabb returned to practice Friday and did everything. The offense might be down three key players. Guard Shawn Andrews (back), wide receiver Kevin Curtis (sports hernia) and tight end L.J. Smith (back) are listed as doubtful. Defensive tackle Dan Klecko (hand) is probable. Defensive end Victor Abiamiri (wrist) is out.

Pittsburgh Steelers

Safety Troy Polamalu practiced Friday and says he plans to play despite a quad injury that has been nagging him all week. Out for the game are defensive end Brett Keisel (calf), nose tackle Casey Hampton (groin) and running back Willie Parker (knee). Linebacker Donovan Woods might be able to play despite a hamstring injury that sidelined him last week. Deshea Townsend should be back on the field after missing a couple of weeks with a heel injury, but he is expected to be the nickelback. Bryant McFadden gets the start and has been playing well. William Gay, a cornerback, is probable with an ankle injury.

San Diego Chargers

Six injured Chargers returned to practice Thursday and participated fully, indicating they should be in good shape for the Raiders game. Norv Turner has to decide whether he wants to use Nick Hardwick, the starting center who has missed the first three games because of a foot injury. Hardwick is the only Charger listed as questionable, so there is a good chance the team will wait another week to play him. Running back LaDainian Tomlinson isn't 100 percent because of a toe injury, but he plans to play against the team he has gained the most yards against in his career. Tomlinson has rushed for an average of 122 yards a game against the Raiders. Tight end Antonio Gates (hip), center Jeremy Newberry (knee), guard Kris Dielman (thigh) and defensive tackle Jamal Williams (foot) also should be available.

San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers have five players listed as questionable, but they all practiced Friday and have a good chance of playing. They are wide receiver Bryant Johnson (hamstring), safety Keith Lewis (knee), cornerback Dashon Goldson (shoulder), safety Michael Lewis (elbow) and cornerback Donald Strickland (knee). Out are tackle Jonas Jennings (shoulder) and cornerback Shawntae Spencer (knee).

St. Louis Rams

The Rams scratched wide receiver Drew Bennett (foot), wide receiver Keenan Burton (knee) and running back Antonio Pittman (leg) for Sunday's game against the Bills. They should be in good shape other than those three. Guard Jacob Bell should be back. Defensive end Leonard Little will be back after missing two games, but he might be just a backup until he gets back to full speed. Defensive end James Hall (thigh) and running back Steven Jackson (groin) are also fine.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Bucs have ruled out wide receiver Joey Galloway (foot) and probably won't have guard Davin Joseph (foot), who is listed as doubtful after practicing all week. Fullback B.J. Askew (hamstring) is doubtful. Listed as questionable are linebacker Derrick Brooks (hamstring), kicker Matt Bryant (death of son) and defensive tackle Ryan Sims (groin). Jon Gruden doesn't know whether Bryant will be back for the game. Sims and Brooks should be able to play.

Tennessee Titans

Except for quarterback Vince Young, who is out with a knee injury, the Titans are healthy for Sunday's game against the Vikings. Halfback LenDale White is probable with a shoulder injury. Cornerback Nick Harper has battled through a thigh injury all week and will be able to play. Wide receiver Justin McCareins is probable with a groin injury and will start.

Washington Redskins

The biggest question mark for Sunday's game is linebacker Marcus Washington, who has a hamstring injury. Jim Zorn will wait until game time to make a decision, but the linebacker says he will play. Out are defensive end Jason Taylor (calf) and wide receiver Malcolm Kelly (ankle). Jon Jansen returns as the starting right tackle because Zorn isn't confident enough that Stephon Heyer is healthy enough to start with a sore shoulder. Heyer could be available, but Jansen should start. Fullback Mike Sellers (thigh) and CB Fred Smoot (hip) are probable.
