Lions WR Rogers suffers broken collarbone
ALLEN PARK, Michigan - Even in a bye week, the Detroit Lions suffered a painful loss.
Rookie receiver Charles Rogers, who leads the team with 22 catches for 243 yards and three touchdowns, broke his right collarbone in practice Tuesday and will likely miss at least a month.
"He (Rogers) went up for a pass and came down on his shoulder," said Lions coach Steve Mariucci. "He got tangled with (cornerback) Dre' Bly and it was one of those things that happens in practice on occasion.
