Bengals change punters, sign Richardson

CINCINNATI -- The Bengals changed punters on Tuesday, signing Kyle Richardson to a two-year contract that reunited him with head coach Marvin Lewis.

Richardson was the punter in Baltimore from 1998-2001, when Lewis was the Ravens' defensive coordinator. Richardson is adept and dropping punts inside the 20-yard line.
