The Baltimore Ravens defeated the Washington Redskins on Sunday night despite having a quarterback who completed one pass, for all of four yards, in the second half. Kyle Boller, quite frankly, is abysmal. On the other hand, Brad Johnson was the No. 3 "emergency" quarterback for the Tampa Bay Bucs on Sunday afternoon.
