Giants LB Carlos Emmons to miss game vs. Redskins

EAST RUJTHERFORD, N.J. -- New York Giants weakside linebacker Carlos Emmons will miss Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins with a chest injury.
Emmons, who was hurt in the loss to Seattle on Sept. 24, created a stir in the locker room on Tuesday, saying he might play this weekend. The original diagnosis called for him to be sidelined about three weeks with a slightly torn pectoral muscle.
