Judge considers loosening restraining order for Broncos' Kircus
CENTENNIAL, Colo. -- A newly released investigator's report says Broncos receiver David Kircus threatened a man after Kircus allegedly punched him in the face.
Kircus faces charges of second-degree assault and violent crime after an altercation at a party in suburban Denver early Sunday. He was initially arrested on the assault charge alone.
