Redskins sign second-round pick Kelly to four-year, $3.36 million contract

The Redskins broke what could be a logjam of potential unsigned second-round picks by signing wide receiver Malcolm Kelly to a four-year, $3.36 million deal.

Included in the deal is $1.655 million of guarantees. Kelly, the 51st selection in the draft, becomes the second second-rounder to reach an agreement. On July 3, the Bears signed running back Matt Forte to a four-year deal. Kelly is the seventh of 10 Redskins draft choices to sign.
