SOURCE: MOSLEY SIGNS WITH BROWNS C.J. Mosley was torn between Jacksonville and Cleveland but he decided to take a shorter deal to join Eric Mangini and the Browns.

The 314-pound defensive tackle rejoined his former head coach when he agreed to a two-year, $5 million contract in Cleveland, a source said. Mosley will earn a little more than $3 million in 2009.
