Goodell asks for Congress' help
WASHINGTON -- Arguing that sports leagues' drug programs could be "gutted" if not protected from individual states' laws, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell asked Congress on Tuesday to intervene with legislation and found at least one powerful ally.
