Maurkice Pouncey has high-ankle sprain
PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers center Maurkice Pouncey suffered a high left ankle sprain Sunday night against the New York Jets, putting his status for Super Bowl XLV in doubt.
Normally, a high-ankle sprain can take four to six weeks to heal, but Pouncey refused to rule himself out for season finale.
