Rutgers Scarlet Knights junior offensive tackle Anthony Davis said on the field after the St. Petersburg Bowl pres. by Beef 'O' Brady's that he'll have a news conference on Tuesday in New Jersey to discuss his NFL plans.
Two sources told ESPN that Davis plans to declare for the NFL draft at the conference. Davis is projected as a first-round draft choice and by some as a top-10 pick as possibly the top offensive tackle in the draft.
Rutgers defeated Central Florida 45-24 for its fourth consecutive bowl win.
