Bradford's pro day clear of any conflict

Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford has pushed back his pro day at Oklahoma by four days to March 29, according to NFL general managers and head coaches.

Bradford and his agents, Tom Condon and Ben Dogra of Creative Artists Agency, moved the date after learning it conflicted with the NFL's owners meetings, which run through March 24 in Orlando, Fla.

NFL head coaches and executives usually are able to leave the owners meetings on schedule, but because of the labor uncertainty and looming collective bargaining agreement issues, this year's meetings will be busier and run longer than usual.

Rather than squeeze the meetings and Bradford's workout together, the player -- projected by some to be the No. 1 pick in next month's draft -- and his agents opted to alleviate the pressure and push back the workout.

Each of the teams in need of a quarterback at or near the top of the draft -- the St. Louis Rams, Washington Redskins, Seattle Seahawks and Cleveland Browns, among others -- is expected to be in attendance.
