Bills, Browns in mix for No. 33?
The Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns are among 12 teams the St. Louis Rams have talked to about trading for the No. 33 pick in the NFL draft, ESPN has learned.
On Friday afternoon, the Rams fully expected to be negotiating right up until draft time, set for 6 p.m. ET, a source told ESPN's Rachel Nichols.
The Bills and Browns want to draft a quarterback, and the Rams have the opening pick of Friday night's second round, with Notre Dame's Jimmy Clausen and Texas' Colt McCoy still available.

Rams GM Billy Devaney explains why Sam Bradford was the obvious choice for his franchise and why Bradford wasn't signed to a contract ahead of time. Devaney also talks about the offers he's fielded for the first pick of the second round.
The Rams had the No. 1 pick Thursday and used it to select quarterback Sam Bradford of Oklahoma.
After trading down twice, the Denver Broncos took Tim Tebow with the 25th pick, the only other quarterback selected in the first round.
Clausen was still recovering earlier this month when he worked out for NFL teams, three months after surgery to repair torn tendons in his right foot.
Clausen said he wanted to be able to show he could drive the ball, adding his toe felt fine but the top of his ankle was weak after being in a boot for eight weeks.
McCoy's shoulder injury from January's national title game was declared 100 percent healed in early March, several weeks before he worked out for NFL teams. He did not need surgery, just time to rest and rehab.
The Bills have Brian Brohm, Ryan Fitzpatrick and Trent Edwards on their depth chart at quarterback following a 6-10 season.
The Browns, meanwhile, signed Jake Delhomme, the favorite to win the starting job, in the offseason after they parted ways with Derek Anderson and Brady Quinn.
Information from ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter and The Associated Press was used in this report.
