Kerry Collins fumbled the fourth-and-goal snap from the 2-yard line with 12 seconds left. He recovered but Jacksonville took over on downs. Jaguars defense. Jacksonville held the Raiders to under 300 yards of offense, intercepting three Collins passes and recovering one of his three fumbles.
