Panthers RB Foster to miss clash with Redskins

LANDOVER, Md. -- Carolina Panthers running back
DeShaun Foster was inactive for Sunday's game against the Washington
Redskins with a hyperextended left elbow.

Foster was injured during last week's victory over the St. Louis
Rams and didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday.

Redskins safety Troy Vincent, who took over the starting job
from Adam Archuleta three weeks ago, was inactive due to a strained
hamstring. Wide receiver Santana Moss, who missed two of the last
three games with a hamstring injury, was in the lineup.
