Report: Titans' CB wins seized 'Pacman' car in auction
Jones won a police auction on a red 2004 Cadillac Roadster -- a car with his nickname stitched in the headrests -- that was seized in an April cocaine bust, according to a report in the Nashville City Paper.
The report said Jones shelled out $48,500 for the car which originally cost $77,000 and was legally registered to rapper Darryl Jerome Moore at the time of the bust.
Though Jones has a history of run-ins with Tennessee law enforcement, police said at the time of the seizure Jones was not involved with the drug ring.
Jones told WKRN-TV in Nashville at the time of the seizure that he had lent the car to Moore to make a rap video.
Jones, who played his college football at West Virginia, is in his second year with the Titans. His two interceptions Sunday brought his career total to three. He has returned three punts for touchdowns in his NFL career.
