Pats' Harrison to return to field against Jags
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Patriots defense will get a boost Sunday with the return of strong safety Rodney Harrison against the Jaguars.
The 13-year veteran has not played since suffering a fractured scapula Nov. 5.
Harrison's return will be key as New England attempts to stop Jacksonville's No. 2-ranked rushing attack. Defensive tackle Vince Wilfork, however, will miss the game with a sprained right ankle.
New England (10-4) can clinch the AFC East with a victory. The Jaguars, meanwhile, are in the thick of the wild-card hunt at 8-6.
Information from ESPN's Rachel Nichols and ESPN.com's Len Pasquarelli was used in this report.
