Bios of the NFL scouts from Scouts Inc.

Jeremy Green, director of pro scouting for Scouts Inc., has been an NFL scout for more than 11 years but has been around the NFL game as long as he can remember. As the son of former Minnesota Vikings and Arizona Cardinals head coach Dennis Green, Jeremy grew up living the life of a coach and scout.
After starting his career as a key member of an independent scouting service called The War Room, Green went to work for the San Francisco 49ers. He later joined the Cleveland Browns where he eventually advanced to director of pro personnel.
Green has two children, Mollie (9), Trey (5) and a stepson Jacob (8). Green and his wife Kate reside in Southington, Conn.

Keith Kidd spent 14 years in NFL front offices before joining Scouts Inc., including eight years with the Arizona Cardinals, three as the director of pro personnel for the Cleveland Browns and three as the assistant director of pro scouting for the New England Patriots, where he was a part of two Super Bowl championship teams (2003 and 2004).
Kidd graduated from Eastern Kentucky University, where his father, Roy, a distinguished member of the College Football Hall of Fame (315 career wins), coached for 39 seasons. Keith and his wife, Laura, have one son, Kody.

A career NFL scout, Doug Kretz spent 20 seasons with the Seattle Seahawks, one each with the Pittsburgh Steelers and Washington Redskins and three with the Cleveland Browns.
A soccer player in college at Seattle Pacific University, Kretz spent four years as football and soccer coach at Newport High School in Bellevue, Wash., before joining the Seahawks.
Kretz lives in Camas, Wash., with his wife, Gerri, and daughter, Berit, where he still stays active in football refereeing high school and youth football.

Ken Moll spent 13 years scouting in the NFL, seven with the Cleveland Browns, four with the Jacksonville Jaguars and two with the National Football Scouting combine. Before that, he spent 15 years as a collegiate assistant, nine at Richmond and six at Louisville, his alma mater, where he played four years as a linebacker and also pitched for two seasons on the baseball team. He has coached every position on defensive front seven at the college level.
A native of Harrison, N.Y., Moll and his family now reside in Crestwood, Ky.

Matt Williamson has been scouting football players at different levels for seven years. Before joining Scouts Inc. in 2005, he was both an NFL and college scout for the Cleveland Browns. Before that, he spent three seasons as assistant recruiting coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh and followed J.D. Brookhart from Pitt to the University of Akron, where Williamson was the director of football operations. He got his start at Metro Index Scouting Service, where he scouted high school players in the Pittsburgh area and also spent time with Duquesne University's football program.
After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, Williamson's only true career aspiration was becoming a football scout. He is very passionate about his career and the sport of football.
Matt has lived most of his life in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh. He and his wife, Nicole, have been married for nine years and have two children.
