According to a source, Raji will receive $18.5 million in guarantees. His deal leaves the list of unsigned first-rounders to four: Michael Crabtree of the 49ers; Andre Smith of the Bengals; Aaron Maybe of the Bills; and Eugene Monroe of the Jaguars.
The Packers and Raji's agents were trying to finalize the deal Thursday evening and reached an agreement at about 9:30 p.m. ET. Earlier in the week, Raji felt good enough about the talks that he flew near Green Bay to be in position to go to camp. Raji left, but after his departure, both sides started working on getting him back to Green Bay.
The Packers plan to use Raji as an end in their 3-4 defense.
