Titans' CB Harper breaks arm
Harper was hurt on the Colts' opening drive after a turnover in the second half. He walked immediately to the locker room from the field, accompanied by a doctor while Harper held his arm at the wrist and wriggled his fingers. Coach Jeff Fisher confirmed the injury after the game.
But Harper walked back onto the sideline late in the third quarter with a white brace from his hand up to his elbow before putting a sling on to support his arm. He didn't have his helmet, wore a T-shirt with no jersey and covered his head with a towel.
That left the Titans without both their starting cornerbacks with rookies in their place. Cortland Finnegan was scratched before the game because of an injured right hamstring that kept him out for a second straight week.
Fisher also said tight end Craig Stevens was having tests for a concussion suffered on the opening kickoff.
