Foote misses game vs. 49ers

SAN FRANCISCO -- Detroit Lions middle linebacker Larry Foote will miss Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers with a foot injury.
Foote will be replaced in the starting lineup by DeAndre Levy. Foote had started 94 consecutive games. Starting cornerback Phillip Buchanon is also out with a shoulder injury and replaced by Anthony Henry.
Kicker Joe Nedney is missing the game for the 49ers with a hamstring injury. Newly signed Ricky Schmitt will handle the kicking duties in his first career regular-season game. Backup running back Glen Coffee is out with an injured quadriceps.
