The Philadelphia Eagles acquired defensive end Antwan Barnes in a trade with the Baltimore Ravens.

In return, the Ravens will send the Eagles a seventh round pick in the 2011 draft, a source told ESPN.com's Matt Mosley.

Barnes had a career-high three sacks in 11 regular season games last year with the Ravens. This preseason, Barnes tallied 10 tackles and a half sack.

Barnes, a fourth round selection in 2007, said on his Twitter page, "Woooooooo........I had a good run in Baltimore......thank everyone for your support......its a new beginning and I'm ready to be a eagle..."
