Saints' Randall Gay suffers concussion

SAN FRANCISCO -- New Orleans Saints cornerback Randall Gay will not return to Monday night's game against San Francisco after being knocked out with a concussion.
Gay hurt himself late in the first quarter, tackling 49ers receiver Josh Morgan near the sideline.
The Saints said after halftime that Gay would not return.
