Houston Texans defensive end Mario Williams is questionable for Sunday's game against the New York Giants because of a groin injury that flared up during Thursday's practice.

Williams missed Friday's practice and his status is very much in doubt until pregame warm-ups.

Wide receiver Andre Johnson remains questionable with his ankle injury. However, Johnson was encouraged because he was on the practice field Friday on a limited basis. Johnson missed last week's game against the Oakland Raiders.

In addition, wide receiver Jacoby Jones is doubtful with a calf injury. He hasn't practiced all week and is expected to miss the game.

Running back Derrick Ward is questionable with a rib injury.

Linebacker Kevin Bentley is out with a knee injury.
