Jenn Sterger's Versus show canceled
NEW YORK -- Jenn Sterger's TV show has been thrown off the air.
The former New York Jets hostess has been featured in "The Daily Line," but Versus has canceled the irreverent sports show for low ratings. Its run ends Thursday.
Sterger manager Phil Reese tells The Associated Press on Friday the decision is "unfortunate" but "part of the business."
Sterger allegedly was sent lewd photos and inappropriate text messages by Brett Favre when he was the Jets' quarterback in 2008. Sterger has not yet met with NFL investigators, although her manager has said she is leaning toward doing so.
