Ben Roethlisberger questionable
The Steelers on Thursday denied a Pittsburgh Post-Gazette report that either the fifth metatarsal bone or the outside metatarsal on his right foot was broken during last Sunday's win at Buffalo.
The Steelers have listed the quarterback's injury as a sprain. The team said the injury is simply "an aggravation of an old injury where scar tissue is present."
Roethlisberger was limited in practice Thursday, but said he plans to play Sunday against Baltimore. He has not missed a snap since returning Oct. 17 from his four-game suspension.
Roethlisberger wore a protective shoe during practice again Friday, but it's not approved for games.
With first place in the division at stake, Roethlisberger this week said he fully expects to play. Baltimore and Pittsburgh are tied at 8-3; the Ravens hold the tiebreaker after winning their Week 4 matchup 17-14.
