IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
Green Bay's attempted onside kick was recovered by the Rams with under two minutes left in the game. Isaac Bruce. Caught nine passes for 129 yards to become the 18th player in NFL history to top 10,000 yards receiving.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: The Rams are starting to make their march back to the higher echelon of NFL teams. They aren't as strong defensively as they have been in the past but offensively they're able to dictate the tempo of games.
UP NEXT: Packers (3-4) -- bye week | Rams (4-2) at Steelers (2-4)

Patriots 19, Dolphins 13
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
Tom Brady connected with Troy Brown on an 82-yard TD in overtime to win it for the Patriots. Richard Seymour. Brown might have scored the winning TD, but Seymour was huge, including blocking a FG with under two minutes in regulation that could have won it for Miami.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: This is a disappointing loss for the Dolphins. Their defense played well, but they weren't able to make plays when it counted. For the Patriots, they are making the plays when they count and are winning tough games because of it.
UP NEXT: Patriots (5-2) vs. Browns (3-4) | Dolphins (4-2) at Chargers (1-5)

Vikings 28, Broncos 20
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...

ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: The Vikings are the best team in football. They're playing solid football on both sides of the ball and have an explosive playmaker in Randy Moss. They will be tough to beat throughout the season.
UP NEXT: Vikings (6-0) vs. Giants (2-4) | Broncos (5-2) at Ravens (3-3)

Eagles 14, Giants 10
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
Kerry Collins' pass on fourth-and-four fell incomplete with under one minute left in the game. Brian Westbrook. Eagles RB rushed for 67 yards and one TD and returned a punt 84 yards for the winning score.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: This was a weird win in a weird season for the Eagles. It's tough to believe this team will be able to get the job done the rest of the way. They aren't playing well and Donovan McNabb isn't playing well at all.
UP NEXT: Eagles (3-3) vs. Jets (2-4) | Giants (2-4) at Vikings (6-0)

Titans 37, Panthers 17
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
Drew Bennett scored on a 22-yard pass to put the Titans up 27-3 right before the half. Titans' special teams. Recovered a fumble on the opening kickoff, tossed a TD on a fake punt and kicked three FGs.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: The Titans have established themselves as a very good football team. They went into Carolina and smacked a tough, undefeated team in the mouth. On the other side of the ball, the Panthers have to find a way to cover for their weak secondary.
UP NEXT: Titans (5-2) at Jaguars (1-5) | Panthers (5-1) at Saints (3-4)

Saints 45, Falcons 17
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
When Deuce McAllister found the end zone on a 10-yard run to put the Saints up 35-14 in the second quarter. Aaron Brooks. Completed 23 of 30 passes for 352 yards and three TDs.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: This win doesn't go too far towards establishing the Saints as the team we thought they would be before the season. They need to build upon this win with a win against a quality team. The Falcons need to start playing defense, if they want Vick to have any kind of impact.
UP NEXT: Saints (3-4) vs. Panthers (5-1) | Falcons (1-6) -- bye week

Bengals 34, Ravens 26
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
The Bengals recovered Baltimore's onside kick and ran out the clock. Marvin Lewis. We'll give the nod to the coach, beating the team he helped win a Super Bowl as a defensive coordinator.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: As evidenced by their play today, the Bengals have the ability to win games without smoke and mirrors. Coach Lewis has done a fabulous job and this team is no longer the butt of the league's jokes.
UP NEXT: Ravens (3-4) vs. Broncos (5-2) | Bengals (2-4) vs. Seahawks

Chargers 26, Browns 20
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
When the Browns were pinned at their own 20 with under 30 seconds to go. Cleveland managed to gain only 16 yards before time ran out. LaDainian Tomlinson. Rushed for 200 yards and one TD on 26 carries as the Chargers won their first game.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: This was a must-win game for the Chargers. This team stops and starts with Tomlinson, he's their Pro-Bowl guy and he needs to show case his abilities.
UP NEXT: Browns (3-4) at Patriots (5-2) | Chargers (1-5) vs. Dolphins (4-2)

Cowboys 38, Lions 7
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
Mario Edwards returned a Joey Harrington INT 27 yards for a TD to put the Cowboys up 28-7 in the second quarter. Quincy Carter. Completed 18 of 25 passes for 190 yards and three TDs as the Cowboys improved to 5-1.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: Dallas has continued to play solid football, utilizing their excellent receiving corps. When they get their rushing attack going, they are to be even tougher to play
UP NEXT: Cowboys (5-1) at Bucs (3-3) | Lions (1-5) at Bears (1-5)

Jets 19, Texans 14
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
David Carr's pass on fourth-and-four from the Jets 9-yard line with under 30 secondas left was dropped by Andre Johnson. Santana Moss. Caught six passes for 111 yards and one TD as the Jets got their second straight win.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: The Jets are starting to look just like they did last year when they made a run for the playoffs. They are focused on winning and are making the plays necessary to do so. This team may be able to pull out another playoff run.
UP NEXT: Jets (2-4) at Eagles (3-3) | Texans (2-4) at Colts (5-1)

Bills 24, Redskins 7
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
Travis Henry scored on a 14-yard run to put the Bills up 24-7 in the fourth quarter. Henry. Averaging just 2.7 yards per carry entering the game, Henry had career-high 167 yards and two TDs on 31 carries.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: Despite this win, the Bills offense isn't clicking. Bledsoe isn't playing as well as he did earlier this season. He needs consistency from his offensive line to give him the time to take advantage of mismatches.
UP NEXT: Bills (4-3) at Chiefs (6-0) | Redskins (3-4) -- bye week

49ers 24, Bucs 7
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
Julian Peterson intercepted a Brad Johnson pass with under 10 minutes left and the Bucs driving into 49ers territory. Garrison Hearst and Kevan Barlow. Hearst (117) and Barlow (75) helped the 49ers rush for 212 yards against the Bucs.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: This was a very surprising outcome. This was a case of the 49ers taking the challenge of playing a tough football game and stepping up to the plate. Terrell Owens had a big game and if he can continue this type of play the Niners should be able to do good things.
UP NEXT: 49ers (3-4) at Cardinals (1-5) | Bucs (3-3) vs. Cowboys (5-1)

Seahawks 24, Bears 17
RECAP | BOX SCORE
IT WAS OVER WHEN... GAME BALL GOES TO...
When rookie CB Marcus Trufant intercepted a Chris Chandler pass with 37 seconds left in the game. Shaun Alexander. Rushed for 101 yards on 21 carries and scored two TDs, including the game-winner with under one minute left.
ERIC ALLEN'S ANALYSIS: The Seahawks are just trucking along putting up W's week in and week out. They played sloppily against the Bears, but were able to make big plays when it counted.
UP NEXT: Seahawks (5-1) at Bengals (2-4) | Bears (1-5) vs. Lions (1-5)
