Warner out after blow to head; Cards rolling 21-3

St. Louis Post-Dispatch (1 day ago)
Matt Leinart is in at QB for the Cardinals. Kurt Warner suffered a blow to the head on the previous possession but stayed on the field to complete the nine-play, 78-yard drive that culminated with a 1-yard TD run by Beanie Wells that extended Arizona's edge to 21-3. On the subsequent Rams series, Marc Bulger was intercepted by safety Adrian Wilson ...

Spin: We like this as a bit of an under-the-radar play, as Wells has been quietly creeping up on Tim Hightower on the depth chart, thanks to a 5.3 yards-per-carry average and three touchdowns in his past four games. He's a speedy runner capable of cracking through a Rams front that has allowed an NFL-most four runs of 40-plus yards. Even without a single goal-line carry, Wells would still be capable of taking one to the house.
