Player News (last updated: November 25, 2009)
News: Fitzpatrick has been confirmed as the starting QB for this week's game against Miami, BuffaloBills.com reports.
Spin: This will be a week-to-week decision, according to interim coach Perry Fewell, but Fitzpatrick had one of the more productive games a Buffalo quarterback has had in a long time last week against Jacksonville, and will likely keep the job as long as he doesn't take a step backward. Unfortunately, the offense remains inconsistent and Fitzpatrick will be working behind a very green and very depleted line.
