1. New England (16-0): The top-seeded Patriots have home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. Next game: Playoff opponent TBD.


2. Indianapolis (13-2): The Colts are the second seed in the AFC and have a first-round bye. Final game: vs. Titans.


3. San Diego (11-5): The Chargers are the No. 3 seed in the AFC. Next game: Play host to Tennessee or Cleveland next weekend.


4. Pittsburgh (10-6): The Steelers are the No. 4 seed in the AFC. Next game: Play host to Jacksonville next weekend.


5. Jacksonville (11-5): The Jaguars earned a wild-card playoff berth and are the fifth seed in the AFC. Next game: At Pittsburgh next weekend.


Tennessee (9-6): The Titans must beat Indianapolis to get the final AFC playoff spot. Final game: at Colts.


Cleveland (10-6): The Browns are in if the Titans lose to the Colts. Next game: TBA
