Georgia Dome, Atlanta, GA
Boley (elbow) and Colts RB Joseph Addai (neck) both left with injuries that looked potentially serious, but returned to the game. Addai scored Indy's other TD on a 4-yard run. ... The Colts improved to 13-1 in their history against the Falcons, the best record for any head-to-head matchup of at least 10 games. ... Next up for Manning on the yardage list: Joe Montana at No. 9 with 40,551.
The Colts were depleted by injury but did not stumble in Atlanta against a far inferior team on Thanksgiving. Peyton Manning was absolutely superb, and two young players made their mark on offense for Indianapolis. Joseph Addai was injured but the rushing attack didn't lose a beat with Kenton Keith toting the rock. Keith was decisive yet patient and showed good burst and quickness. First-round pick Anthony Gonzalez is the other replacement player who stepped up and he stepped up big. He was on the same page with Manning, ran precise routes and showed reliable hands and big-play ability after the catch. Gonzalez's emergence is a taste of what is to come from this talented and intelligent wideout.
