By Pro Football WeeklyNotes: Played in every game the past three years after redshirting in 1998 at Missouri. Has played in every game from '99 through '01 after redshirting in 1998. Started six games in '99, when he had 38 tackles, nine tackles for loss and four sacks. Started all 11 games in 2000, when he recorded 41-8-2, and eight games in '01, when he registered 67-11-2. Also blocked two kicks in both '99 and '01 and picked off a pass in 2000. Played in 11-of-12 games in '02 and had 37-8-3 with one interception, one fumble recovery and a blocked kick.Positives: Flash-type player with the natural size and strength to play in a two-gap scheme. Can block kicks. Uses size and strength well when he plays his hardest.Negatives: Has had a weight and conditioning problem and wears down quickly. Is not very mobile or active and lacks pass-rush ability. Is a phone-booth type. Doesn't show any quickness.Summary: Has NFL talent, but if his college work ethic is any indication, he may never realize his potential. Teams might pass on him because of weight problems and lapses in intensity. If a coaching staff believes it can light his fire, however, Harden could be a late-round pick.* Player biographies are provided by Pro Football Weekly.
