DT | (6-2, 345, 5.5) | Nebraska-Omaha
By Pro Football WeeklyNotes: Joliet (Ill.) Junior College transfer. Came to Omaha and started every game in 2001, when he recorded 55 tackles, eight tackles for loss and three sacks. Did not play in '02 after a heart ailment was discovered in August. Moten had not been cleared to play in '03 as of presstime and was not scheduled to compete in spring practice. However, he does have one year of college eligibility remaining.Positives: Has the mass and bulk to tie up blockers and is a widebody, two-gap type. Negatives: Is too heavy and can play only in a phone booth. Has no speed or range, and if you get him going in one direction, he cannot stop and redirect.Summary: Obviously, the NFL is secondary in terms of Moten's priorities at this stage.* Player biographies are provided by Pro Football Weekly.
