OG | (6-4, 315, 5.4) | William & Mary
By Pro Football WeeklyNotes: High school wrestler and weight man. Spent 1998 working on the defensive line with the scout team. Moved to offense in the spring of '99 and wound up starting the last seven games. Starting right tackle in 2000 and was an All-Atlantic 10 pick at tackle in '01. Had elbow scoped before and after the year, which may have affected his ability to punch. Started every game last fall.Positives: Broad and thick with good size and adequate initial quickness. Generally plays with good balance and understands the game. Plays hard and has some nastiness in him. Can maul and adjusts well on the move. Can redirect and slide. Negatives: Has short arms and legs and a flat butt. Loses some strength upon impact and has a weak hand punch. Does not move well laterally and lacks agility. Struggles to redirect. Plays light and high and gets walked back. Could use his hands better as a pass blocker. Does not play to his strength.Summary: Played offensive tackle in college but projects inside in the pros and will be lucky to get invited to a camp. * Player biographies are provided by Pro Football Weekly.
