OT | (6-6, 300, 5.3) | Michigan State
By Pro Football WeeklyNotes: Sat out in 1998 because of academics and then redshirted after two games in '99. Started twice at left tackle in 2000 and every game in '01. Started the first nine games of '02 at left tackle before spraining a knee vs. Michigan.Positives: Tall, angular tackle who uses his very long, 35-inch arms and reach well to protect the quarterback. Uses his hands to steer. Negatives: Lacks strength and pop as a run blocker. Has thin legs and an underdeveloped upper body. Does not really have OLT feet but uses size and wingspan to compensate. Looks ugly but gets the job done. Loses leverage because he doesn't bend his knees. Is not explosive.Summary: Worth a look in the final round because he has a great frame, decent feet, takes good angles, plays with good leverage and has long arms, but he is not overpowering or overly explosive.* Player biographies are provided by Pro Football Weekly.
