OC | (6-2, 300, 5.3) | Auburn
By Pro Football WeeklyNotes: Had one start as a true freshman in 1998 before breaking his foot and redshirting. Backup in '99. Started 10 games in 2000 and 11 in '01. Missed the 2000 Citrus Bowl with a broken hand, one game in '01 with a sprained knee (Game Four vs. Vanderbilt) and the Western Carolina game last season with ankle and knee problems.Positives: Very smart player with outstanding intangibles. Has a feel for position. Gets some pretty good fits in the running game. Is not bad on the second level or at getting to the middle linebacker when he is not covered up.Negatives: Undersized player who can't move a big man and can be bull-rushed. Needs help when somebody plays over him. Plays hard but plays nice and not nasty. Is not really athletic enough or explosive enough to make up for his lack of size. Did not make the long snap in college.Summary: If he learns to be a long-snapper, he could have a chance as a backup because his intangibles and work ethic are so good.* Player biographies are provided by Pro Football Weekly.
