Carried 68 times for 274 yards with five touchdowns and caught five passes for 110 yards and one touchdown at Texas despite missing three-plus games with a hamstring injury as redshirt freshman in 1999. Carried 36-156-4, caught 2-51-1 and returned 20 kickoffs 495 yards in 2000 and returned a kickoff 93 yards for a touchdown in Texas' bowl game vs. Oregon. Started the first two games and the Holiday Bowl vs. Washington in '01. Carried 41-165-2, caught 10-77-0 and returned 13 kicks for 399 yards. Transfered to Southern University (Division 1-AA) in '02 and was immediately eligible to play. Appeared in seven games in '02, rushing 35-75-0 and catching 5-70-0.Positives: Smooth, fast runner who can catch the ball and return. Can return kicks, which is probably his strong suit.Negatives: Durability and character have been issues according to past coaches.
