RB | (5-9, 215, 4.65) | Houston
By Pro Football WeeklyNotes: Redshirted in 1998 and played only two games in '99. Despite nagging injuries in 2000, led the team in rushing with 136 carries for 534 yards and five touchdowns (24 catches for 193 yards), when he started the first eight games. Started every game in '01, rushed for a team-best 181-884-7 and caught 37-349-1. Started all 12 games in '02, rushed for 316-1,545-11 and caught 19-135-3.Positives: Is short but has good overall size and quickness with quick feet. Is good outside and a productive runner. Plays the entire game with power. Breaks tackles and gains yards after contact.Negatives: Doesn't finish many runs. Seems intent on prancing east-west instead of slashing north-south. Allows his pads to get too high. His ball security could be better, and he tends to catch the ball with his body.Summary: Has some talent, but needs a lot of work on blocking, blitz pickup and receiving skills.* Player biographies are provided by Pro Football Weekly.
