SPEZZA ENDS GOAL DROUGHT WITH OT WINNER
Jason Spezza's first goal of the season, at the 4:17 mark of overtime, enabled the Senators to pick up two points against the Lightning. Spezza had been goalless in ten games this season entering play on Thursday. It was Spezza's longest goal drought since he had a 13-game dry spell late in the 2005-06 season (March 18-11).
