AULD AT HOME ON THE ROAD
Alex Auld made 31 saves in his 3-1 win at Detroit on Wednesday night. It was the third win of the season for the Stars' backup goaltender and all three have come on the road. That's not unusual for the journeyman netminder, who's posted 40 of his 77 career victories in the NHL in road games. Auld is one of only five active NHL goaltenders with at least 50 career wins who's won more games on the road than at home. The others are Vesa Toskala, Brian Boucher, Antero Niittymaki and Carey Price.
