Hearing involves defense motions to dismiss

Former Colorado Avalanche winger Steve Moore is expected to testify at a hearing Monday in Denver District Court in connection with his lawsuit against Todd Bertuzzi, Marc Crawford, Brian Burke, Brad May and the Vancouver Canucks' ownership.
