Potvin, coach of UHL Frostbite, found dead

KALAMAZOO, Mich. -- Marc Potvin, a minor league hockey coach and former NHL player, was found dead in a hotel room Friday, hours before his team was to play. He was 38.

There was no evidence of foul play, said Lt. Michael Werkema of the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety. The coach's body was discovered in the morning, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy is scheduled for Saturday.
