Berard still eligible to play in NHL
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Blue Jackets defenseman Bryan Berard accepted a two-year suspension from international competition for taking a banned steroid, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency said Friday.
Since the test Berard failed wasn't part of NHL testing, he won't be subject to league discipline.
A sample taken from Berard on Nov. 12 tested positive for
