Getting ready for mad rush into playoffs

It's time to clean out the hockey brain before I head to Las Vegas for four days to recharge the batteries for the end of the regular season and the long playoffs.

• Only Wayne Gretzky, Mario Lemieux and Bobby Orr have had 100 assists in a single NHL season. Others came close -- Adam Oates had 97, and Doug Gilmour and Pat LaFontaine had 95-assist seasons.
