Avs agree to terms with forward Tucker, goalie Raycroft
Darcy Tucker is headed west.
After being bought out by the Toronto Maple Leafs last week, Tucker agreed to a two-year, $4.5 million contract with the Colorado Avalanche.
The 33-year-old had been with Toronto since 2000, when the Leafs acquired him in a trade. Tucker will earn $2.2 million next season and $2.3 million in 2009-10.
