Latendresse, Wild agree to extension
Winger Guillaume Latendresse has agreed to terms on a $5 million, two-year contract extension with the Minnesota Wild, GM Cliff Fletcher told ESPN.com Wednesday night.
The team announced the deal Thursday.
The signing was first reported by sports network RDS in Montreal and The Star Tribune in Minneapolis.
Latendresse was slated to become a restricted free agent Thursday.
