Panthers sign Sean Bergenheim

The Florida Panthers made yet another Day 1 deal Friday, signing free-agent forward Sean Bergenheim to a four-year deal, the team announced.
Bergenheim seemingly came out of nowhere and became a postseason hero, scoring nine goals in 16 playoff games to help lead the Tampa Bay Lightning to the Eastern Conference finals.
