Rangers hang on to beat Caps 4-3, tie series 2-2

NEW YORK -- If the New York Rangers are going to come all the way back and knock out Washington, they need to figure out how to transport their Madison Square Garden offense to the nation's capital.

The Rangers dropped the opening two games of the best-of-seven series to the Capitals and mustered only one goal in the process.
